2008/2009 Season Registration Process

In order to register to swim with TeamTSC you must complete the following process BEFORE you will be allowed in the water:

New Members

1. Complete a Swim Ireland Registration Form
2. Complete a TSC Registration Form
3. Complete a transfer letter (if moving from another club)
4. Complete a Standing Order Mandate
5. Complete an Anti-Bullying Pledge
6. Complete the Swim Ireland Code of Conduct for Parents/Guardians
7. Attend the Club registration day or contact the secretary directly if joining during the season.
8. If you cannot attend the registration day then send the Club Registration form, Swim Ireland form, Transfer Letter (if applicable), Anti Bullying Pledge, Birth Certificate and a copy of the Standing order form to:

   Dublin 16

9. Send the original of the completed Standing Order to your Bank
10. NB: You are only deemed to be a member of Team TSC when you receive a confirmation letter by return from the Club Secretary.

12. Note also your obligations in respect of participation on the Parent Roster.

Existing Members

1. Complete a Club Registration Form

7. Send the original of the completed Standing Order to your Bank
8. NB - You are only deemed to be a member of the club when you receive either your confirmation letter or Swim Ireland membership card by return.

The annual Club Registration day takes place on August 31st (notice on website in advance) at the TSC pool. Please download and complete the required forms and bring them with you on the day. You will receive a membership card in return which will be required to get back in the water. If you cannot attend the registration day then please print off and complete the forms and post them to the club secretary in advance.
